We are excited to launch a virtual, trainee-focused summer lecture series entitled, “Herpes Bootcamp,” to be held by Zoom June 30-July 2nd, 2025 from 10am-2pm CST. This was an initiative driven primarily by Assistant Professors and our biggest supporters to develop resources for the trainees in our newly established labs and any trainees new to the herpesvirus field. You will hear short lectures on different topics with broad application to all subfamilies of herpesviruses. We imagine this series will help us network, spread excitement about key areas in the field, and help our students get a crash course in the replication of these beautifully complicated viruses.
